Consistently disappointed when I come here. It seems like there is always a wait, even if there are only a couple cars in line and if there is a long line like today, you can wait forever. On my last visit my chicken nuggets tasted like they had been sitting out all day (they might have been) and the time before, my crispy chicken was served on what tasted like a two-year-old bun. The staff that delivered my food was both cheerful and friendly tho.

The last 3 times I’ve ordered I have gotten cold fries, which I received after waiting for an extended period in the drive thru. Tonight I sent the fries back and asked for hot fries. After 8 min waiting they never brought them out and the doors are locked. So once again I paid for service and food that seems beyond the ability of this McDonald’s to provide.

Went through drive through guy that gave me my food was very rude. He laughed at me when I was not happy because they had no ketchup. I would have never ordered fries had I known. He was like ooo well you didn’t pay for the ketchup??? I said I paid for the fries and I don’t like fries without ketchup. He said again oh well and shut the window… and it just so happens the food was as bad as the service!

I came here while my car was being repaired next door. The restaurant was clean and so was the bathroom. Drive thru was busy with dinner rush. I placed my order in the kiosk but had to pay I’m cash. I was immediately helped and cashed out. I asked of cpuould have new fresh fries and they told me no problem. They even brought them to my table. I worked 4.5 years in fast food. 2.5 of those years as a manager and those were example employees, down to the smile and all. Thank you.

What has happened to McDonald’s? Your reputation is your fries and every single time I’ve been there in the past months they have been terrible. They use to be golden not almost brown, tender not hard as rocks and warm delicious not cold and just not good.
