The name has changed to “MINT VIETNAMESE SANDWICHES &DELI ” and we got a Grilled Pork sandwich and it was good, the Grilled Chicken was pretty good and had a kick to it. They do seem a little pricey to me.

This place is easily missed if you don’t know and aren’t looking for it. Looks like a hole in the wall spot but don’t let it fool you. The food is fresh & tasty. I rated this place as a 4 star because once my food wasn’t as good as it usually is. I don’t know what went wrong but I hardly had any meat on my sandwich and the bread tasted stale. The customer service from the 2 ladies who normally make the food is awesome. I have a small baby and they even offered to bring my food out to me in the car. Sometimes if you call ahead of time during rush hour you could be waiting for a very long time. Check this place out. They also make yummy boba drinks.

This is a take out only counter service. They cook one order at a time. If you are the third or fourth order, expect to wait 15 to 20 minutes. In the past few years, the prices have gone up (expected) and the quality has gone down.

This place was incredible and I was in and out within 5 mins as a walk in around lunch time. For $8 i got a delicious grilled pork banh mi and a diet coke! Fresh, tasty and fulfilling. The owners were kind and i can’t wait to show friends and go back!

Ordered one chicken and one pork sandwich. Meat was skimpy. But worst problem was that the rolls were STALE. They were warmed up but that did not solve the problem. Dissolved into crumbs and pieces…total mess. Would not eat there again.
