The morning shift staff are VERY kind and always make sure your food is exactly as it should be. However, the younger staff that works in the evenings have yet to do the same for their customers. I haven’t gone back in the evening hours in almost a year now, and tonight I figured I’d give them another shot. I ordered a grilled chicken salad! Simple enough, right? What I got was WELL overcooked chicken, about a SOLID pound of cheese, four large slices of tomato, and a SPRINKLE of lettuce. I received 4 packs of crackers and TWO were open with nothing in them, my napkins were greasy, and my ONE ranch was expired. Wards, you should really have your younger staff supervised, or replace them all all-together. I didn’t plan to spend $12 on CHEESE.

This one hasn’t changed since I was 10 yrs old. I am now 47. The food has but the building has not. I use to love to eat here and the staff has always been nice and helpful. However, the food is not the same and is lacking….

I drove up and ordered my food. Drove around to find the employees hanging out the window talking. They looked over at me and laughed and kept talking. They just let me sit there until they finished the conversation. Car in front was never handed anything. Food was cold – and the girls at the window thought it was funny

The food is not that great, but if I do order from here I expect it to be at least ok to eat!! Not!!! Fries were cold, Hamburger was cold and the bun was so hard you could not chew it!!!

I ordered 2 chili cheese dogs, order of chili cheese fries, southern deluxe w/peppers, order of cheese sticks, 2 chocolate shakes…$29+ change and no chili cheese fries so we got back in line at drive thru girl claims it was not ordered(I didn’t get a receipt with my card) so how would I know. Bought an order of cheese on fries for $5+. 3 hrs later hungry again. The girl was anything but professional or friendly. First off she was defensive and had to get some other worker to hear her side. It wasn’t serious as all that but these teenagers could do with learning proper way to deal with customers.
