Hadn’t had their pizza in years, not really sure why not. Had a sausage and tomato tonight and it was amazing. The crust was just right, their was enough cheese+, and the sauce and toppings were very fresh. The service both on the phone and when I picked it up was great, very friendly.

The restaurant itself is a nice home style restaurant but as far as the pizza goes I wasn’t that impressed. The midwest for some reason just loves dry cardboard crust. Topping where pretty good but the cracker crust just reminds me of a frozen pizza.

We love the pizza here. After moving here four years ago we tried many places. It took us two years to finally try this place. When we did we found the best pizza in west Michigan! We had friends in from out of town three weeks ago and ordered it and they were also impressed. But today we ordered takeout and I’m fairly certain they gave us a store bought frozen pizza. Everything about it was different and wrong. What happened to the pizza Clover Bar? This is not yours, i am 100% sure of it. Please don’t change the recipe or the way you have been making it.

I heard many people compliment Clover Bar pizza growing up in Grand Haven, but 15 years after graduating I finally tried it, much to my disappointment. It was undercooked, with a manilla colored crust, and no color on the cheese, which was mostly in the center of the pizza. The spices and parm on top were nice though. If you ever go here ask for well done.

Pizza was decent, drink menu does not exist lol. We were told that “this isnt that kind of bar” when we asked for a drink menu. Not a huge deal, little weird. Then, thanks to a miscommunication about bogo pricing, our total came to $450.00 I am giving three stars based completely upon the fact that our waitress was very kind.
