First and last time here.. our drinks were served in chipped and broken plastic cups, different sizes even! The water tasted like dishwashing liquid so I got a lemonade and that also had a slight soapy taste. When I was served the vegetables I discovered a large slug crawling in it. They took it away and the server was extremely apologetic and gave us a 20% discount on our food. He was very nice but overall just an awful experience and super expensive for such low quality food, etc..

The food was very delicious. The service was awful. It wasn’t busy & yet everyone was being served but my group. We couldn’t get the attention of any servers. We got our hot pots & veggies. After waiting for quite some time, a server came to ask if we needed anything else. It was a silly question considering we were all missing just about the entire meal. We were never given our meats, never given condiments, or drinks.

Food is great! We always end up leaving stuffed. Wifey had the beef bone and I had the tum yum. So delicious. Service is hit or miss. Could use better organization and awareness.

Wow. Really good shabu and grill here with very good service. All exceptional servers but Stephanie really took good care of us and went out of her way to explain menu options. You can do AYCE but they also offer premium meats here. Meat quality is definitely better than Broth or Dip competitors down the street. Tons of broth choices. Also they give you 3 dipping sauces. Goma, ponzu, and SACHA!!!!! (Taiwanese BBQ sauce) Be careful with spice levels. Personally I had no problems with spicy but I sat next to a couple that started whining about spicy being to spicy and sent back their broth. If you’re not good with spice try medium first. Definitely my new favorite local shabu spot.

An exceptional dining experience. I’ve been here about three times post being introduced to Japanese hot pot. The service is delightful, and I would highly recommend this place for a dining experience.

Got there and was seated right away at 7:35 ish pm. At 8:30 pm the staff started cleaning up the place and not letting anymore customers in. mind you they dont close untill 10pm. The whole place started smelling like cleaning products because they were cleaning the floor and the tables. They were even spraying clorox on the tables without removing the clean soup spoons, napkins, and chopsticks. Wasn’t a nice experience

When it was a good it was a good but the bad was really bad. I used to to go here regularly even though it could be hit or miss in terms of flavor as it was mostly really good but there were a few really bad experiences.

Awful service. The smallest size of sashimi pieces i had ever seen. The boy who served us was not even to the legal age to serve alcohol. he left the bottle unopened on the table and the owner told me it was on us to open the bottle!!! They offered us to drop some items from the bill but as soon as they took our cards, they charged us in full amount. We disputed the charge through our bank.
