Went through drive thru and ordered two orders. One of them the chicken bacon Swiss sandwich and they gave me just the bun chicken and lettuce and tomatoes with no cheese or bacon. They charged me for the full price. Not coming to this one.

Love Arby’s Love the service everybody is so wonderful. So helpful they throw in extra sauces. I love their pecan chicken salad sandwich. They’re jalapeno poppers and cheese sticks. They went up a little bit in price but you still get a lot for your money. And a very full stomach.

The food is decent, but the staff needs some work. Especially the window guy. He is generally unfriendly to customers, and he’s screwed up my order multiple times when there’s no other customers to serve. My friend got stuck in the freezer, multiple times they were out of straws, Arby’s sauce, and roast beef. There is one great worker there. I ordered a classic roast beef and when I went to eat it in was drenched in terriyaki sauce, my bother gagged when he tried to eat it.

How can you screw up a basic Arby classic sandwich? Well ….you cook the meat until it’s so dry that when it falls out of the sandwich on the table it makes a “chunk” sound. And then when you go to the wait staff and tell them that they’ve over cooked the meat and they give you excuses as to why you are wrong… That’s how you take a bad sandwich and make it worse. And then in a self-serving and unapologetic way they say to you “well have a nice day…”. Someone needs to sit down with their employees and give them some customer service skills. The days of this location are numbered….my prediction

Went to the drive up to grab some dinner. I ordered the beef and cheddar combo with crinkle fries. The sandwich was ok but the fries were cold and extremely stale. The gentleman taking my order was rude and when he brought my food out (I was asked to pull to the front of the store) he put the bags through my window and just dropped them and walked away.

This location is easy to access right off of State Street. The staff was friendly and the food was good. I was impressed that they have Coke Zero on tap! I am a big fan of the Market Fresh sandwiches as they never disappoint. My only reason for not giving all five stars is that it could have been a lot cleaner. I had to wait for a table to be wiped off as none of them were clean. The floor was also in dire need of a good sweeping. Otherwise, great lunch stop!

Came here with my wife while she was on lunch so we were in a bit of a time crunch. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich cause it’s one of my favorites and they gave me a regular buffalo slider instead. They also made their sliders smaller than in the past and it was gone in 3 bites. At least my wife’s food was ok
