Terrible! Their two cheese deluxe was so bad and bland! You can tell the ingredients were old. The onions had no taste at all, the tomatoes were soggy, lettuce was wilted and even the cheese didn’t taste good and I’m a huge cheese lover. We were soooo disappointed with their chili cheese fries too! At least put enough chili to cover one layer of fries and put more than a sprinkle of cheese. Definitely not worth the price!

This is a 6 piece meal? 1 slice of bread, skimped on the chicken and barely any fries. This place has gotten worse and worse over the last three years! What the heck? That’s embarrassing and and I’m afraid we aren’t exaggerating but dang. Not a good impression. And definitely not worth the price.

Definitely a nicer DQ location. Service was really good. I ordered a large Hot Fudge Malt. The person helping was new and wasn’t sure how to ring it up or even make it. The supervisor came over and was really nice is help them. Very patient and helpful not only with the new employee but also with me… I wasn’t in a hurry. Nice to see folks care.

The kids working here are great. Too bad the patrons have to be so impatient! Always some boomer mad for not getting instantaneous service. But so nice to see a great team atmosphere for high school age kids to get a start at.

Second time coming here and had the same problem with really slow service. I just wanted a sundae and dipped cone, the drive thru was moving at a snail’s pace. After 25 minutes, we pulled out of the line. It was moving at a pace of a car every 5-7 minutes. I’m guessing they’re really understaffed. Seems like they need new management. Staff your store properly! Pay workers more and maybe you’ll get better employees who actually stick around.

I get Friday night and your slammed. There were 6 or 7 people working behind the counter and 7 plus cars waiting in the drive thru. We waiting as the only people in line for 10 minutes, yes I timed it on my phone. No employee looked up to take our order and we left.

if you ask for and pay for double blizzard toppings they scam you and dont add any extra. At almost $8 for a small double ingredient topping blizzard you would expect something?? Not here, they will take your money though

Slammed on a warm night. I asked for lids on my Blizzards, so the woman behind the counter used a lid to smash down the ice cream that was higher than the lip, then let it ooze down the side. And then said here you go. So frustrating.

Just got an order from DQ via Uber and my order came poor packaged and with missing items. Ordered a 6 piece basket and I only got 5, 2 of the of the gravy cups I ordered were not filled to proper proportion and were cold. I also ordered extra toast in my basket but did not receive them.
