Worst service at the drive through today at 3:25 p.m. The lady taking our order was extremely rude,we ordered a frosted coke with ice cream and she replied they do not put ice cream in those (mind you we have ordered them many times before). Once.we got the order the sauces were missing. The lack of manners and customer service will keep us from being returning customers. We did drive to Pasco and stopped at their Burger King on Road 68 and shockingly they had no issue putting ice cream. In the frozen coke.

Never ceases to amaze me, i give this place multiple chances over several years to maybe once get a simple order right. And yet its still impossible. I ordered a pretty simple order for pickup far before lunch rush. First off, i had ordered a large onion ring and let me just say what are they thinking trying to scam customers out of money. I get home and dump the onion rings onto a plate and the bottom half was filled with stale fries. Not hard to cook up some rings. They made it look like it was full.

Whopper whopper whopper whopper!! Oh sorry- anyways this is such a nostalgic and classic fast food place. We used to go here a lot with my dad. I always get a classic chicken sandwich with light MAYO… No LETTUCE…. And some fries and a drink. Good food sometimes a hit or miss, though. I can’t go wrong with BK, though! Nice spot and you don’t wait too long for the food.

U gotta have proof of purchase before asking to use the restroom (had a full bladder and planned to buy something shortly after using the restroom), there chicken sandwiches were salty shoulda just bought a beverage, bathroom was a bit messy, looks like they have a leak issue in the corner where the sink is located, they were out of soap. If your gonna have the bathroom closed to paying customers there should be no reason your bathroom is out of hand soap, and a small pile of trash by the toilet which was gross. The cashier was simi friendly , it seemed this cashier was also taking drive thru orders, shortage of staff? I was not satisfied with this visit but alas y’all made money so maybe you can fix that leak?

Very rude manager, and health violation. She threw fries that were sitting on a counter back into the freshly cooked fries without gloves. Got upset with us when they forgot to put bacon on two of our butgers. We also asked for no salt on fries due to dietary restrictions. As two out of the three are seniors. Amazing but this is by far the best BK we have ever visited. Whatever their system, training or staff it is a cut above. Hot, fresh fast food… Served quickly in a clean pleasant dining room. Sadly not a combination that many fast food establishments of any brand pull off anymore.
