Just imagine a bunch of tired college students with no work ethic making your food at this Jimmy John’s. I would avoid this particular Jimmy John’s trust me. I ordered from door dash and left a 20% driver tip as always. Waited about 45 min. No delivery. Called and was told they don’t have a driver today. You should have told me that immediately or cancelled the door dash order and neither was done. You left a loyal customer hungry, waiting, and wondering.

I never have any problems when I go in to the store. But the last three times I have ordered from them I have asked for Mayo packets, and they always forget them. I let them know after the 3nd time I didnt get it and they said they would work on that. This time, I requested that a driver please deliver some since it was part of my order. I got a bag, literally, full of napkins, mayo, and mustard….. it all feels pretty passive aggressive .

It only took two delivery orders to remind me why we had stopped eating JJ for the last year. Our first order had none of the customizations on our sandwiches, just a few mayo and mustard packets thrown in the bag. Our second, ordered an hour ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Store is now closed. Unacceptable when that’s literally what the company sells…”fast delivery”.

My coworker and I had a busy day at work and couldn’t leave to go grab lunch. We both agreed that JJs sounded WONDERFUL! I was a little nervous because our pickup order was completely wrong a few weeks, so we decided to order from another location. We ordered 2 sandwiches and a bag of chips for delivery. When the order arrived, we discovered that our sandwiches were made incorrectly and they did not include the chips. I called the location and talked with a young man who said he talked to a manager (I never talked to a manager). He said they could remake the sandwiches BUT we had to give them back the wrong ones. Normally I would be fine with that, but delivery took quite a while and we simply didn’t have time. They never did offer to deliver the chips. Instead, they gave me a $5 credit (with my phone number?). My lesson is this: The only way I am ever eating JJs again is if I actually have the time to dine in. I do NOT suggest delivery from this location. If it’s wrong – too bad.

I was greeted very nicely but the sandwiches were not correct (2nd time in a month). No onions added on my sandwich & a tiny “Jimmie it up” on the other. I noticed employees standing around also. I think there needs to be some training & supervision at this store. We’ll drive to the either the Dupont or Coldwater store from now on.

This Place used to be 5 mins or less on every order live less than 1/4 Mile away Either Sandwich Made wrong lately ask for things like Pickles or Onions Half the time not there, Never Napkins or Mayo or Mustard Packets but click on the buttons every-time Order Drinks sometimes they come sometimes they don’t Order a large get a medium most of the time. Ordered last night took over an hour to get here Most of ice melted wrong size drink no napkins or accessories other than a straw. Figured i would give them a Sunday Chance today ordered at 12:32 Now 1:15PM Still hasn’t gone from Received to our for Delivery Can’t call them Because i get a Verizon Error each time saying contact is unavailable 🙁 Well Here’s Hoping to something happening soon. I understand busy times lack of employees it’s going on everywhere what about those loyal customers with only 20-30 min lunch hours Well While filling out my Review today order just arrived Right Cup not Ice melted 🙂 Hope Freaky Fast will return soon thanks 🙂
