Went there Saturday 06/17 at 6PM, Asked for the Meat loaf meal that was advertised on a big board, only to be told they had no more meat loaf, Some of the sides were empty also. Drove to the Bethpage location too and got the same response. Why promote or have something in the menu if you are going to be out specially on a Saturday night.

Honestly really disappointed. I ordered from DoorDash and got a dark meat combo with Mac and cheese. The dark meat was like cardboard and I could barely eat it. The mac and cheese was so watery that it was really just wet pasta by the time I picked it up with a fork.

I have been spending SO MUCH MONEY on Grubhub for all these crazy fees so I have been researching restaurants that deliver (like back in the day LOL). I found Boston market does and you can order everything from their website! It’s SO EASY!!! And food was SO GOOD! Our delivery came from Hicksville and was delish!! We got the family meal of chicken and ribs!! DEF RECOMMEND!!! It came to like $66 with tip but wayyy cheaper than our average nightly Grubhub meals!

Just now we picked up the food, the manager said someone already picked up. I ask her, do you double check already. She not even can give me answer, basically she refused to make new 1 & apologize. Because she give it to someone by mistake, she said she a manager. Yelling at me looks like she try abuse her power as a manager, please we need nice people not that kind arrogant. Horrible service, the Manager need learn how to respect with their customers…

Haven’t been since pre pandemic. As with everything else food was over priced. Surprised to find that certain sides are now “premium” and have an up charge. The half chicken was dry and had basically no meat on it. Was still hungry after spending almost $40 for two meals and two extra small sides. Never again.

Consistently wrong. Good luck getting a refund for all the missing food you paid for. It’s the blind leading the blind all the way to the managers position. Better to skip this location and visit the Bethpage one.
