Call me cheesy but the food was a joy! Mixed grill meats were cooked to juicy perfection. The rice was good on its own. Even the salad was fresh and crunchy! The samboosa was also crunchy, and steaming hot on the inside, seasoned perfectly. The hummus was “correctly” made according to my native Jordanian palette, paired with freshly baked scrumptious pita bread. Dreaming about it still!

Was very excited to eat here while we were visiting Detroit and it was better than we could have hoped. Mary took such good care of us, made us comfortable and helped us pick out the perfect things on the menu. The stuffed lamb was so comforting and delicious, but the star was the raw kebbie with hashwi, truly one of the best dishes I have ever had.

Really good food. Great service, the food could come a little hotter, but other than that is a great place if you are looking for authentic food

I’ve been coming here for years with my family and it’s some of the best food every single time. We like to order the Al Ameer family platter or sometimes we will order individual meals. I would recommend the stuffed lamb. And the baby roasted potatoes. But everything on the menu is amazing. The hummus and pita is always made fresh and they also have really good smoothies. 5/5 stars . The staff is always friendly and the service is prompt .

Really enjoyed our trip. The cuisine is superbly prepared and authentic. Prices were fair as well. The meat was excellent and the spices were delicious. Warm, tasty pita bread with hummus. Be sure to try the Shawarma salad. Also excellent was the service.

Got oriental rice (picture showed rice with carrots) instead got I plain white rice. Bought garlic spread, and it turned out to be something liquid. Bread didn’t taste fresh, and shawarma meat was very dry and chewy. Kinda regret spending $72 on this food.

Freshly cooked food, tasty. We ordered a platter serving 2 people but was plenty for 3 at lunch. Bit expensive but worth the price
