This is a new review from 01/30/2022. My husband and I placed an order to our address which we are 15 mins away. We called around 8:30 -8:50 ; didn’t receive our order until almost 9:30. As soon as we received our order I immediately called back to get a new order of chicken wings with fries due to my order coming VERY SOGGY. The manager on duty reassured us that he was sending out a new order, which never came. We called back after 45 mins of waiting which a young lady stated the driver would be here shortly with our new order which NEVER CAME AGAIN. Today 01/31/2022 we called back around 6:30pm spoke to a manger named JOHN CHANG who claimed they was not sending us a new order. If I wanted a new order I have to take my 9 month pregnant self to the store & get a refund. I kindly stated that if I have to walk 15-20 mins in the snow I would like a refund of my whole $40.00 order. He stated that when I get there I can speak to the boss. After almost an hour still currently on the phone with them , they let us know they are not allowed to take our order & now after 7 times the phone keeps magically hanging up. I am an assistant manager at a restaurant & the way that they are treating us is so poorly I will never order from this place again especially after being a loyal customer of these people for the past 7 years. I will make sure to spread my review throughout social media so that everyone I know will NOT order from this place at all ! The fact that they are giving us a hard time to remake our order or give us a full refund is disgusting.

They continue to compete well against their local competition. Despite my gripes in the past…they serve up some good chicken with broccoli and their chicken wings and French fries is still a good deal. The screaming lady screams less and is now more courteous. It’s a dedicated staff, a good take out spot. Once again I recommend them.

HORRIBLE!!! ONE time out of the many times I ordered from here I did not have enough for a tip. The driver was pissed off! After that when I ordered the driver lied and said he was downstairs (mind you I was in front of my building already). When I called him back he didn’t answer so I kept having to call the restaurant and for OVER AN HOUR they kept telling me he’ll be there in 5mins. The last time I called back they said the driver is refusing to come back and they cancelled my order. The driver did this TWICE to me. I will NEVER order from here again.

I work in the area and often get the chicken wings cut up with hot sauce. My only issue with the place is that they wont substitute rice for lomein they charge a whole meal of lomrin rather then just substitute. Thats annoying! Its in the hood so dont expect to find seating. Also if you order at window it will take longer vs calling in n picking up…
