Ordered delivery and got the wrong dessert and I ordered the pretzel pizza but I got a regular pizza with pretzel salt. Took my order back to the store and the kid tried arguing that it was the pretzel when you can clearly see it was not. Probably won’t be back. There’s always an issue at this store.

I rarely leave reviews but feel this needs to be addressed to corporate. This store is ran by kids who have no idea what it takes to make a business work. The kids working there were stoned out of their minds. Couldn’t comprehend a single thing any of the customers (including myself) were saying, i waited 50 minutes for 3 pizzas. Onto of all that, 2 of the pizza I received were wrong. I won’t be back to this location. I guess “hot’n’ready” is no longer the slogan for the company.

The worst customer experience EVER!!! The management has no respect for the customers! Foul mouths! And who ever she has working her shift on 4/26/23 is the exact same way! They both need to be retrained and taught how to be respectful and how to treat their customers!! No matter how cheap your product may be I will not return to that store period!! The managers name was Ashley so she said!!

1st visit Not bad . Please take note day to day is never the same . Pretty good service . Not really the fastest took about 30+mins to get 1 pizza as a walk in seems like a busy location . This is my 1st visit here just for a quick 7$ pizza . Maybe ill try a real pizza next time but for a cheap pizza its pretty good . Today my 3rd visit 11-13-19 was a different story been waiting 50+mins for a single pizza under staffed not capable for multiple customers (looks like a dozen) before me still waiting . Advice order way ahead of time if you want to eat in any timely matter . Today 1of5 star .

Zero stars worst pizza joint I ever been too I order online said 15 min it will be ready got there in 20 mins they forgot to pull online order waited another 35 minutes for pizza pizza wasnt even cooked properly crust wasn’t done the employee were teenagers all terrible guy running register handle cash than proceeds to touch food everybody was on there cellphones worst service ever worker need to be train properly can’t handle money than proceed to touch food smh place is a joke.
