This location is the absolute WORST – we’ve tried over and over to go here and expect different results- this time we had a mobile order we entered the drive thru and the voice on the speaker was so rude! We have our mobile order number and went to the second window and was told to park! The order took forever and then the guy who bringing the order or just stood on the sidewalk we didn’t even know be was there for us my husband had to reach for the bag and the bag ripped and fries and everything was on the ground! I went inside to get the replacement order and everything is not even close to Warm!! I asked for fresh fries and was given old cold fries! I even spoke to a manager who didn’t show any concern as to what I was saying! The guy with the mask on that brought out the food could had taken a few extra steps off the sidewalk to come to us so the food didn’t go on the ground!!!! We will not be back!!! Something needs to be done with the lack of customer service and quality of the food.

Went through the drive thru during a busy time. Finally got up to the window and I ordered fries but didn’t see it on screen so asked and they said yeah you get fries. So I pull up to the window, I get fries right? Yes, you get fries. Got the food…no fries. Ask where are my fries? You didn’t order any, you have to go back through the line and order them if you really want. Line was insane, I won’t be back.

This location has problems with food and service. I was the only drive thru vehicle (at the time) and couldn’t get food n drink served together. I literally had to go inside and get my milkshake, after waiting outside for several minutes. The inside only had 5 customers. This is Sad. The Owner should be ashamed. If you can eat somewhere else, then do it. This McDonald’s location needs to close……….

The Crispy Chicken and the McChicken were cooked in very old oil to the point they were very greasy, poor flavor, and extremely dark, with burnt edges. The fries were excellent. The straw bin by the soda machines was empty as was the napkin dispenser. There were tons of flies inside the restaurant. The counter person was very good and ensured our order was correct and then he brought it out to us.

I would give this place a zero if that was an option. We ordered two quarter pounders (qpc) with everything on it, among other items. The QPC had no onions, no pickle, no mustard. McDonald’s gave us the sandwich with the burger meat, cheese and a blob of excessive ketchup, the buns were soaked in ketchup. I am not sure what was this about, since we ordered through the app, and grab our via drive thru. I couldn’t go back to the restaurant since I was too far when I realized the messy burgers we were given. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
