First time ordering from this location, new to the area! Ordered online and it quoted 1143 am and it should be delivered. Time goes by and still haven’t received my order, I call and was told DoorDash does the delivering! I just changed it over to carry out and went and picked it up! Manager was super nice and gave me a credit for the troubles and apologized! I can see why she has an award for going above and beyond because I feel she does! This alone, makes me feel comfortable in coming back to order from here! Thank you for your help and politeness! Customer service is definitely A1!

Man I love going to this place. I’m not a regular because I’m not a big fan of franchise pizza but the big pizza box w/wings sticks and 2 pizzas for $25.feeds my family for cheap. The staff is always polite. Tonight I had a big order. Ordered online called to verify time quoted was correct and they said it would be ready. Get there and it was. The taller cat (who calls me brother) carried my order out to my trunk. The tattooed woman I believe is the manager she is great. She gave me credit one time because she felt the toppings were shorted. I didn’t even complain. I never have had an issue before. Thanks guys and keep it up!

Just ordered from this pizza hut tonight and my order was $75 so i tipped 20%. waited hours for my order to show up and i looked out to check if they were here and my order was on the sidewalk. i never even ordered contactless delivery. after calling to ask why that happened the manager said i never even ordered from them which i did. he continued to call me white trash and cussed me out and hung up on me. what manager does that?? so unprofessional never order from this pizza hut unless you want cold pizza and the manager to cuss you out!

Staff is always polite when I come in for pick up. We ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and there was hardly any sauce or cheese on the pizza (had maybe the thickness of two quarters stacked). Giving 3 stars because the stuffed crust part was good. I don’t think this was a one off, I’ve ordered this a few times and it typically is about that thickness – seems like Pizza Hut is reducing the amount of toppings.

Man I really tried to give you guys another chance after you opened backup but it’s the same Pizza Hut as before. Got the Big Box the boneless wings and the bread OK both of my pizza’s raw dough. How can a pizza place not cook it properly? Is your oven not working right? Thin layer of cheese a few toppings spread out and raw dough in the middle.

I’m a very loyal customer and have never had issues with this Pizza Hut before. I literally order from this location every Tuesday. Last Tuesday was the worst. We ordered our typical pizza and wings. Like always I had set the delivery for a future time 5pm. At 515pm our order hadn’t been delivered yet, which is weird because they’re always on time. The tracker had stated our order was being made but by 6pm the food was still not delivered and the tracker said it was still being made. I then used the phone number on the email confirmation to contact the store. When I was supposed to be connected to this store I was transferred to a Pizza Hut in Arkansa the gentleman there was very nice but stated that they’ve been receiving calls all week from Pizza Huts in Indiana especially the Greenwood location. When I contacted corporate they were unable to contact the store for me and just filed a report and sent it to the District Manager. The manger was supposed to contact me and I never received an email nor a phone call. It also wasn’t easy get a customer representative, I was on hold for over 30 minutes. Extremely disappointed

Have ordered from here for years only because my wife prefers Pizza Hut’s stuffed crust pizza. I have had all kinds of issues with this particular store ranging from missing items to having my order cancelled without notifying me. The most recent issue has been the worst. We ordered a pizza and some breadsticks. We had set the delivery for a future time (7pm) that was approx. 3 hours later. At roughy 6:45pm the tracker had stated our order was being made and by 7:20pm the food was still not delivered and the tracker said it was still being made. I then used the phone number on the email confirmation to contact the store. When I was supposed to be connected to this store I was transferred to a Pizza Hut in Arizona. The lady there was very nice but stated her GM did not know how to fix the issue so I told her I would fix it by calling corporate. When I contacted corporate they were unable to contact the store for me and just filed a report and sent it to the District Manager. The manger was supposed to contact me and I never received an email nor a phone call. Needless to say they do not care if you have issues so just cross your fingers and hope everything works out once you place your order. Good Luck to you all!

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks an entire hour before closing. They waited til almost 9 then cancelled our order and still took our payment. They also shut their phones off so we couldn’t call. We got emails confirming the order and saying it was being made. This Pizza Hut is only open about 4 hours a day. If you can’t order after 8 either that makes 3 hours a day.

We placed our order online and noticed we forgot the apartment number. We called the number provided and we were connected to a Pizza Hut in Arizona. We tried two more times and checked the number each time and got to the same store in Arizona. They confirmed that they have been getting calls from customers in Indiana. They provided the number for the customer service line and we cannot get through to a representative. Do not order from here, you will not get your pizza and will have difficultly getting a refund. I will not order from Pizza Hut again.
