Mistakes happen. It’s part of life. So when I got a half mushroom and half bacon pizza instead of the half bacon/mushroom and half plain pizza, I didn’t get mad. I simply called Delivery Express and let them know what happened. The employee who answered the phone (who’s name escapes me at the moment) apologized profusely and had had another pizza delivered. I want to thank Delivery Express for making things right so quickly and without any hassle. And a special ‘Thank you’ to the the delivery driver, Heather, who’s customer service skills were top notch! She had to come back twice and the smile never left her face!

My order was swapped with someone else’s. First the restaurant (Liquori’s) hung up on me. Then Delivery Express says the driver got my food back and said they’d take $10 off my total and to go outside and take the food. Absolutely not? I don’t know whose house it was in and you expect me to eat it? Everyone I know that orders through them always has issues. Their customer service is subpar to say the least. They even tried arguing saying I should just eat the food. How about you just refund me my money and accept that you made an error.

We have ordered from DE for years. They were great years ago but recent years have been really bad for them. We’ve had deliveries take 60 mins more than the estimate on the screen. Recently, we just get cancelled orders. “the restaurant isn’t taking any more orders” or “the restaurant is closed today”. They don’t manage the availability very well which leads to me wasting time. I used delivery to maximize my time and then DE just wastes it. I’m done using them.

Wish I could give a zero star response here. First, I tried to enter a new card. While doing this and attempting to move to another line, it submitted an order. This order included fried rice I did not order for some reason. Put a pin in that. This order did not go to my new card, but to an old card that did not contain enough money so it overdrafted. I called the restaurant to cancel the order and was instructed to call delivery express. I did that and they said they switched the cards, but I have to wait 3 days for my refund. Great. 60 dollar overdraft. Cool. The food finally arrived (cold with congealed fat) and missing the fried rice. Called the restaurant and was told to call DE. They said I never ordered it but it’s on my bill. At this point, it’s 6 bucks I loose. and I will never order from there again.

Ordered and was given a delivery arrival of an hour and 20 minutes. Check the app an hour in and it shows they added another hour for my delivery arrival. I call the restaurant and they tell me the food is ready but no driver. Call delivery express and they me on hold twice. I explain and they tell me the restaurant gets backed up usually. I called them out on it. I cancel the order and went to pick it up myself. Save yourself a headache and don’t order through these guys.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star DO NOT USE THEM!!! Their driver never delivered the order from Red Rose and they refuse to do anything about it. They are refusing to refund or replace the order. That’s probably why they don’t take photos when they leave food.

I have ordered numerous times from delivery express, always from the same restaurant. Tonight I received my order, only the cheese pizza I ordered arrived with pepperoni, I don’t eat red meat, so the pizza was no good to me. I call thinking no big deal. They accused me of lying and theft basically. I offered to send a picture of the pizza while explaining how unprofessional even suggesting that I was somehow at fault for their error. And he has the nerve to say, oh well people try to get free food. I said look at my order history. I have never nor would I ever lie. And furthermore I will no longer be ordering through delivery express. I can use door dash and receive better service. Calling your regular customer a liar over 3.50$ is horrible business practice. Never again. And then I go to leave a review and see all the 1 stars. And this at a time when they are competing against bigger companies with better service. Crazy. Anyways I’m waiting on my cheese pizza now, I plan to hand the pepperoni pizza I’m lying about and never call them again. Their loss.

Terrible service! Called because the time from picking up the food to delivery was 30 min longer then it should have been. So I called to make sure the address was correct. They reassured me that it was. 10 min later the delivery driver called and he was in the wrong town! I called back and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and when I asked to speak with her manager she stated she was the manager. So I asked for the owner and the best time to contact him and she became even more rude. Never using delivery express again. Only bright side of the whole experience was that the delivery driver was was great.
