I have been going to this Arby’s for years. On 4.25.23 went to Arby’s today and ordered two sweet heat kings Hawaiin chicken and the loaded regular and curly fries. Well got home with the order and there was two sweet heat roast beef sandwiches which it should have been brisket. They took the spicy stuff and smeared it all over the roll. They never asked if I wanted it without the heat and spicy. This is the worst sandwich I had because of the heat. It was to spicy hot. Could not enjoy my lunch. There were only two employees on at this facility. Sounds like they need some training and they need to follow instructions. That’s all I am saying for now. The employees were very inexperienced and no ambition at all.

The staff was extremely nice and very polite!! The food was perfect and honestly it came out pretty quick!! It’s definitely very clean inside (but unfortunately it’s a little outdated but that’s definitely not a problem) after we eat and were heading out the door, the gentleman that run us up had made sure to thank us once again,and told us to have a great night…so, with all that said, I most definitely rang that bell on the way out!!

Got a smoked brisket and watched as the worker take the meat and cheese to heat it up. Maybe a microwave or streamer but that meat taste so hard and rubbery I threw that nasty food in the trash! I honestly never go to Arby’s and this will prevent me from returning in the future.
