Ended up going inside to get the food and they hadn’t even been working on it!! Just got my money back and went across the street to Taco Bell and was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Every time I go I request fresh fries. I get it maybe half the time. I wouldn’t recommend going later at night. I’ve gotten burgers that were so burnt they were nearly black, and chicken nuggets that looked like they were picked up off the floor. Service is always good. They have a lot of young people with smiling faces and always are courteous and helpful. If they food wasn’t suspect late night I would give it 5 stars

I went to this location yesterday and ordered my food with a small water cup, they made the water behind the counter. I dranked the water while I waited for my food, it took 20 minutes long so everyone looked busy, so I went to the drink machine to get more water and it was not on or working, so I went to the second machine and filled with soda because the water was a different color. A lady shift manager said your food isn’t ready so she checked on it. Finally I got my food and went to leave, and a really short manager guy yelled hey you are taking soda out the door and you asked for water in front of an audience, very embarrassing and unprofessional. I don’t recommend anyone to be fired, but he is an embarrassment to the company. I don’t recommend eating here at all. He never addressed the drink machines not working properly. Poor poor management skills.
