We visited this place a couple of times and cannot recommend more. Everything we tried was great. The ambience of the place and the fact that they source their ingredients from local vendors is cool. We had veggie burrito, chicken broccoli pesto Mac and cheese and paninis, everything was fresh and yummy. Their smoothies are amazing, no added sugars which is a healthy option. We tried their hot chocolate too which was pretty decent. I would definitely recommend this place.

Wow I was craving a good sandwich but I didn’t know I was about to get the best panini I’ve ever had!!! It was almost 2 inches thick of goodness. The sourdough bread was perfect it was hot and delicious! This place is busy I mean really busy but the food is sooo good you will forget you’re on planet earth! It’s a 3h drive from my home but it’s the kind of place you want to go just to get a sandwich.

Great place for a breakfast sandwich or bagel. Always tasty and fresh food. On weekends it can get busy but that’s not a huge deal. The only downside is the way they call your name when your food is ready. It’s often hard to hear what name they are saying over the restaurant noise. Last time I came I asked the guy to confirm because I couldn’t tell if he said my name or a similar sounding one. He didn’t say so I took the bag of food. There was no receipt or anything on the bag that would say a customer name or what food was inside. After i took it and looked inside I realized it wasn’t my order so I brought it back and explained the mistake. The guy got grouchy with me and said I should have listened for my name. I think this all could have been avoided if there were order numbers, or a receipt on the bag with a number, name or order contents.

Good lunch experience. We enjoyed our meals, it was a bit busy and could have been cleaner, but we did go there when the place was slammed. Trash was overflowing and no one came around to wipe tables or sweep up.

We stopped by this place on the way to Montréal from Salem. A lot of great reviews so we decided to give it a try. The store was cute. The girl at the cash register was nice. The coffee and sandwiches were good, toasted multi grain bagel was great, the cookies and Cinnamon roll were bland though ( a little disappointing since they looked really good).

Gluten Free, Dairy free, a few organic meat options if your party needs choices…One downside is finding a seat, another is slowish prep time if you’re in a hurry (20 min wait for (2) sandwiches)! Expect to spend $15 or so for a sandwich and drink, delicious & fresh combinations. Recommended.

The food is awesome and the menu is enormous. We had cafe latte and mocha late. Both are distinctively good to taste. They come in a default large cups. The food we ordered was bagel with cream cheese and an egg sandwich. The food was really delicious and mouth watering. We will definitely be visiting this place again !!

Don and Rachel took charge of taking care of our group of 12 senior citizens whose picnic meal order was quite diverse. Both were quite communicative and thorough, having our order ready promptly at 6:30 a.m. exactly as requested. The quality of the food was top notch, and the care with which it was prepared and packaged for pickup was exceptional as compared to similar offerings. I suspect our group will eagerly vote The Works Cafe for all our future outings that require a quality takeaway meal. Stopped by here on the suggestion of a friend. Had THE MOST DELICIOUS GLUTEN FREE salad. Fresh, flavorful ingredients, fresh lemonade was also wonderful and refreshing. The only reason it gets 4 stars is because it was $20 for an ‘on the smaller size’ salad. Definitely not the cheapest lunch I have ever had. But, I will be back again. Just can’t be my every day lunch place.
