I called in an order a month ago for a Chicago Stuffed and was disappointed in the weight of the pizza. They use to have substance. I thought it was a fluke until two days ago when I ordered another Chicago Stuffed. It was worse than the previous pizza! When I picked it up I thought I had the wrong pizza it was so light and barley in toppings to be seen. I looked to check the name and it was mine. I could only choke down two slices and didn’t eat the crust or an inch and a half of the pizza attached to it. There was barely any sauce on the whole pizza and only two pieces of pepperoni near the crust. They are charging for a “stuffed” pizza which is more $$ than a regular pizza, but all you’re getting extra is the price! You’re getting about the same amount of ingredients as a one topping large pizza. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

This is the second time that I have ordered online and then had to wait an hour and a half to get the pizza. Their staff is very polite and works very hard, but they are constantly understaffed. If you want pizza within two hours of your order, find another place.

Very disappointed in my experience today. Arrived on time to pick up my order after waiting the 33 minute quoted time and was told they were backed up and it wasn’t done. Went to get ice cream and came back 35 minutes later and was told they would “work on that one next.” They were out of items that I did order and gave me something else instead. Extremely understaffed and the employees were even discussing how they were just going to “ignore the phone.” One employees clocked out and left and the other mentioned how if he doesn’t show up tomorrow you know he quit. There is a lady on the phone outside yelling about how she ordered 4 hours ago.

Not impressed with this location. Ordered a pick up @ 4pm. Email confirmation came thru that it would be ready at 430. Arrived at 515 and it wasn’t done. What’s the point of ordering ahead? Last time I got shamed for not ordering head. Last time I came the man told me they were out of “Mini murphs” and I’d have to wait. I don’t mind waiting,obviously I was a walk in. But he said it in a way that he didn’t want to do it. Really bizarre. I will not be coming back. Too bad because the pizza is decent.

Sat there for 45 minutes waiting for 2 pizzas! 3 people working there, 1 of them working hard the other 2 not so much. The only way to describe the other 2 employees, with just 1 word is “Tortoises”. They move so slow its embarrassing. Such horrible customer service, they need to pick up the pace quite a bit. My great-grandparents who are in there mid 90’s move much much faster than those 2 tortoise moving employees. The other employee deserves a promotion to manager, owner needs to see these reviews
