I visited near the end of open hours, but selection was limited. So I couldn’t get breast. They did have tenders and legs so I asked if I could get the 3 piece box but switch tenders for the 1 breast. I got to the register and he tried charging me $20. When I got startled he started saying he rang it up “individually.” I told him I thought it was going to stay the big box price. Then he still charged over $16. People were waiting so I just paid it and left. Omg! The chicken was all dried up like it was cooked days ago! I won’t be going back! That’s a shame because I usually love KFC.

KFC is my favorite fat food chicken, but the good didn’t seem as good today. The cashier was polite and friendly, but they were understaffed so she had to take orders and leave the register to get food and drinks. Sometimes she would be gone a while and the love would grow. Even a drink refill took longer than expected. No one cleaned tables the entire time I was there.

I ordered the spicy famous bowl and instead of giving me the Nashville sauce they gave me Buffalo sauce which I did not notice until I got to work and was unable to get back up there when I called the manager who answered the phone said oh well what do you want me to do we’re out of the other sauce all we have is this one and I said well you didn’t think to tell me that while I was there there’s nothing you can do now I’m already at work she didn’t care and they probably will not tell you when they run out of something… Disgusting
