Great atmosphere and food here. The sushi tools and spicy ahi were very well prepared. The unagi, however, is absolutely fantastic. It’s prepared with a bit of char, which is like nothing I’ve ever had before. Highly recommended.

Had the absolute best impromptu date night at this hidden gem! Chiba Bar is essentially Blade Runner themed and has not only a cool futuristic vibe and fabulous bartenders, but the innovative food and drink exceeded expectations as well. We’ll definitely be back!

The staff are super nice, the food is amazing, especially the eel bowl, and the drinks are GREAT!! It’s a very calm but fun atmosphere to hang out, have a few brews or whatever, and watch any shows that are on and chat on about whatever! It’s very much a calm and fun atmosphere!

Great food and service here every time I visit. You can’t go wrong with anything off their menu, but you absolutely have to try their takoyaki. There’s is the best I’ve had compared to other restaurants I’ve been to. Can’t wait to come back!

This food is frickin’ amazing!! Creative, cooked to perfection, visually stunning and yummy beyond belief. Like really, really unbelievable. Cocktails were fun, interesting, unusual and enticing. When I woke up the next morning I was not sure it was real … was I exaggerating? Intoxicated the night before? I confirmed with my husband, yes indeed, it was amazing for sure & needs some serious accolades. We cook all of the time and tend to be hypercritical of food. We were down in the Springs from the Denver Metro area & hope they do open a location in Denver!! NW Denver would be preferred, but we would drive to another location if you come.

Took my dad and brother who was visiting from Japan. They loved it! Fun celebration of Japanese culture. Recommend the takoyaki and gyoza. Decent selection of Japanese whiskeys. We enjoyed the Yamazaki 18. Did not disappoint!

Great atmosphere and wonderful service! Cocktails were very good and all the dishes were excellent. I really liked their take on the mochi ice cream as the quarter slices gave the visible impression of seasoned poke with a taste and texture melting away with a chewy skin. The cherry luxardo syrup underneath was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend trying both mango and chocolate for contrast.

We stumbled upon this bar last night while exploring downtown CoS, and were very surprised to find ourselves in steampunk bar with great vibes. The food and cocktails were truly amazing, very well thought out and executed. Staff was very friendly. What a gem.
