5-Stars for the Pizza Hut on Kingwood Drive! The manager and the cook (Tavion) are Top notch in terms of customer service! I finally got the pizza made the way I ordered it..with the pizza layered and the bacon on top of the pizza where it actually cooks! Staff was friendly and professional, restaurant was clean and food was good and hot! Oh did I mention I actually got the extra toppings that I paid for? The one on North Park will not give you what you pay for! They scale back on EVERYTHING!

So I used my points to get a pizza and it had a hair in it. Called the store and the manager was rude and wouldn’t even t͟r͟ ͟y to fix the problem. Now I have to drive all the way there so she can see the hair. She won’t refund me my points, but I have to waste the gas to bring her the pizza. Seriously? Just give me my points back.

Ordered pizza and spicy wings this evening and was pleasantly pleased!! My food was exactly as I ordered and tasted great! My family enjoyed it so much – I’ll have to double the portions next time so we can have leftovers for snacking. Service was quick, my food was delicious and appearance of my double toppings looked fantastic!

Service is going down hill at this location as well. I switched from the Northpark location which is 4 minutes from me because they can never get my order correct, now this one (Kingwood drive) has gone down as well. I think I’ll switch to Dominos or LIL Caesars. When they get it wrong, the managers make excuses and try to justify it…won’t correct the order…both locations!
