Awesome sandwich shop. Go for the 16 incher and see if you can do it in one sitting. The specialty sandwiches are awesome and you should try them at least ones. Also u can never go wrong with a Thanksgiving sandwich.

Food was sloppily presented and flavor profile for chicken cheese steak was meh. My daughter said the chicken Parm was good and my son liked the chicken chipotle crunch. Steak and cheese was also meh. The employee serving us handed us dirty plastic knives when we asked for something to cut our sandwiches with. I’ve heard other locations are great so I’ll reserve my final verdict but this location leaves a lot to be desired. We found it to be quite overpriced as well.

Kellen was rude because in the middle of me paying for my food, he took another customer which I didn’t think was right. If I wasn’t in a hurry to get to work, I wouldn’t have cared as much. Plus, he said you had ranch dressing when you didn’t. Plus, for what I paid ($21.49), the portions were extremely small. Plus, when I called to complain, the inconsiderate pig, Tiffany, refused to resolve the situation by offering a refund or another meal. I’ll be reporting this transaction to PayPal to get my money back, will never come back to this wretched location again, and will post this review to Google. Disgusting customer service. Tiffany said, “There is nothing we can do.” Guess you don’t care about the customer or repeat business. You lost my business and I’ll spread the word of how horrible you are.

I’ve been to other capriottis in the past and recommend it, but not this location. It was dirty inside, and the sandwich i ordered had more toppings loose in the paper than in between the bread. Not to mention I asked for it toasted and the worker who helped me asked twice if i wanted it toasted or not, and proceeded to give me a cold sub.

Unfortunately it just wasn’t good, I had a bread bag clip in my sandwich. A $20 sandwich and it was right inside, I’m happy I move my tomatoes and onions in between the bread and meat or I would have never saw it.

$30 for a meatball sub with 4 meatballs and the worst tasting chunky marinara I’ve ever had just absolutely filling it up. literally 0 cheese. I threw half of it away because of how overpowering the sauce was. never again.

I was familiar with the original Capriotti’s in Newark, DE (friend of a friend’s family business), but heard mixed reviews about them once they franchised in the 90s. We found a location near to where my buddy was moving in Annapolis, so I had to give this location a try.
