Today I came in and as my bowl was getting prepared by a kind attentive black male, a short plus size white female (couldn’t get her name) switched with the black male and started attending me. Her attitude and non attentive service was not it. I specifically ordered brown rice but she was so rushed and moody that she instead put white rice and I couldn’t ask to switch it since she was rushing my order with attitude. She even proceed to tell me to “speak up” in a rude way but yet they have loud music in a level that’s disrupting and hard to listen to customers. I understand she’s trying to speed things up to quickly attend to other customers but instead of helping, it’s just creating chaos and messed up orders.

This location hires nothing but incompetent people. If you can’t make a bowl correctly you need to not even come out of your house. Portion are extremely small. Waste of money for sure. The entire staff are rude and have no common sense if you work there and reading this you suck as a person. It’s not your meat so just give a larger portion we are paying 10+ for a bowl. You have a simple job it’s chipotle not rocket science!!!!! If I was the manager I would fire the entire staff and hire people who have a brain!

One worker on line during dinner rush with plenty of employees walking around back. Worker on line frantically throwing food into containers. Skimping portions because she’s running out of food. Being charged extras for items I’ve never been chargers for at any other location(same order always for daughter). Poor poor customer experience. Then they clumped my order randomly with the person ordering behind me. Probably cuZ the girl on the line couldn’t even look up while she was trying to frantically work.

We ordered veggie bowl and the salsa server was not placing right quantity in the bowl, so I asked to put more of corn salsa, sour cream and guacamole. The server gives such bad attitude. He was giving attitude to a customer before us. He was cross contaminating food by touching chicken while putting mild salsa to the bowl.

Ordered though the app. App stated order was ready for pick-up and when we went in they said “we are out of meat and aren’t making any more” and simply handed me the receipt. Had to call to get refund. Definitely not coming back any time soon.

I went in about 5 minutes ago 7:26pm and this girl was wiping the vegetable area as I was ordering and she was so reckless that Crumbs from the table was getting back into the avocado and lettuce. The towel she was using was balled up and she was wiping it back and forth and in between the veggies with no discretion. She needs to be retrained.
