Love Penn Station, but my order was wrong this time around! I am a meat and cheese kind of person and I hate mayo and honey mustard and I don’t like cold veggies on a hold sub, and I order it that way, but it was all on there this time! Also prices are a but steep. I ordered 2 subs, 2 fries and 2 drinks and it was over $40! I will always eat at Penn Station, but it won’t be often! However, the staff was incredible and so very friendly! Always enjoy going in there! And they have some of the best lemonade!!!

I ordered a chicken Philly and fries. The food was good until I bit into bacon or salami. I haven’t eaten pork and red meat over 10+ years. I couldn’t eat the rest. $9.99 down the drain.

I ordered lunch and paid online (because I don’t have time to wait) I waited to get there 10 to 15 minutes after the pick up time and they started my order when I walked in and I waited another 15 minutes! My whole lunch break was in this place and my food was not good and they were not friendly at all. I tried another location near this one and I asked for a cheesesteak and he put together some chicken and steak sandwich that was a mix between 2 sandwiches I NEVER ASKED FOR and when I got home I was Very Upset and just threw it away I can’t come back. What is going on in this business? This was the best sandwich place in town.

I used to enjoy dining at Penn Station but not anymore. How would you feel when the employees who serve you aren’t smiling, they have dirty aprons, the floor is sticky when you walk and it just keeps adding on. It isn’t just this branch. They are all gone downhill for some years.
