Cheese Steak….. good. Cheese bread…… good. Italian Sub……. not so good. Sweet tea…. good. So we ordered take out, as we’re waiting they gave our food to someone else, then went outside and got it back brought it back inside and tried to give it to us. That was a big NO! The girl smiled and they started a new order. The staff was not an overly friendly group, but not rude either. Would go back

Pretty hit or miss on what you’re getting. Sometimes the subs are really good and sometimes they’re half the seasoning or meats. Fairly pricy compared to other sub shops. The restroom could use some serious attention too.

I have NEVER had a bad experience at this location until today. Our large Italian tasted like it was made a week ago! Burnt meat, tough, unchewable bread. Half of our fries were hollow and cold and the other half were raw and cold. Unacceptable.

Seems like the quality is going downhill You’re not getting as much meat on your sandwich as you used to and it’s just not the quality you would expect for the price that you’re paying. Staff was very helpful though and assisting with substitutions when they ran out of chicken as well and trying to find a new sandwich just quality in general seems to have fallen and for which you charge for fries you would expect you would fill the cup the whole way up but it just seems like everything’s being cut in half.

The subs were pretty decent but I got a chicken parm large and I couldn’t tell the difference between a large and a regular not to mention I asked for extra pizza sauce and there was barely any on there. Also got a classic Italian and asked for mayo and there was none has to get packets.

The food was really good and i will go back there again because the food was really good. The service was not. The guy and girl working both appeared to be angry that they had customers, not just my husband and I, but both other customers they had while we were there. They were rude, barley spoke to us. They made you feel like we were doing something wrong for walking in and ordering. But the food was super good, i really enjoyed it. I hope maybe when i go back there will be some employees who dont appear to hate their job and their customers.
