Had the carne asada and adobada tacos. A lot of meat and tortillas were soft. The horchata on point. Clean inside with a good vibe of music. Right on the corner with huge windows to see outside. Firstly, I like the name, Taco Machin; it’s just fun to say. And with a name like that, you can’t help but think “they must make good tacos.” I liked the relaxed diner-ish vibe inside and the staff were friendly. We ordered their carne asada tacos and adobada tacos. The carne asada tasted good, but I thought some of the meat was a little hard and chewy; possibly overcooked. The adobada tacos on the other hand, were amazing. The meat was flavorful and all the components made for a perfect bite every time. For 10 tacos and tip, we paid $49.30.

The closest you can get to authentic TJ tacos without having to cross the border. Amazing customer service and Ruben, the manager is incredibly kind and hard working. He and his staff really go the extra mile to make things right.

My wife and I tried Tacos Machin on a chilly Wednesday evening just a few days before Christmas 2022. That evening we ordered a couple of Machin, adobada and carne asada tacos plus 2 cokes and got a seat at the only table available and it was good that we did because a lot of people came in after us. I can say that the tacos were very tasty, fresh and bigger than I expected. Our server was great and prices were more or less what you would expect at a similar type restaurant. The only minor negative is parking. Parking is limited at the small mall where Tacos Machin is located. We will be back when in the area.
