Newer Arby’s in Morton. Workers were very friendly and helpful. The store is super clean and very nice. The food was hot and tasty. So much better than regular “fast food” but much faster than a restaurant. Perfect in-between.

I’ve had this Arby’s a couple of times before and they were ok. Went with something different, the Wagyu burger and was not impressed. It seems bigger than what they have in the pictures. It was so greasy. And didn’t even taste that great. My stomach is doing circles after eating that thing. Good thing they have those burgers for a limited time. And my fries tasted like they were dipped back into the grease to “make fresh again” and served. No wonder I got thru the drive thru so fast. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location in the future…

I placed an order online and when I got there to pick it up they tried to tell me I didn’t place an order then once they realized I did they forgot to give me my 6 piece chicken bits. The deal was 2 for $7 I only got one item. Seriously how hard is it to put two items in a bag? I called the store and no answer. Of course I didn’t notice till I got home. Don’t go here terrible service despite being a new location. I had high hopes since this place is new but management seems to run it like the McDonald’s down the street and don’t even get me started on that location.

Honestly I was just with a coworker on our lunch break when she went thru drive thru and I get that it was late (10:30pm) and close to closing but she was IMMEDIATELY informed they didn’t have roast beef…. not good for business. This chain is famous for that exact product and I’ve worked food service my entire working career it is better to have left overs then run out. They need to plan better because this was a huge turn off and I disappointment honestly. Who knows how many people dealt with that b4 we got there. The chain as a whole is pretty good albeit a little expensive sometimes.
