Not anything special, but they got our order incorrect. We ordered two sides: one mac and cheese and one coleslaw. We ended up with mashed potatoes and coleslaw which tasted fine, but I was hyped up for the mac and cheese by another customer. I complained through their KFC survey thing online. We’ll what comes of it. KFC isn’t my first or second or (top 20) places to eat, so I probably won’t go back for another few years

Fish is always sitting around and they quickly fry it again. Resulting is oil soaked old fish. And recently the owner of this franchise is buying different tarter sauce, not long John’s famous tarter sauce. I love long John’s but will not be returning to this establishment until they change.

Great employees and great service at this location. I mostly go there for Long John Silver, but I like that you can buy from both menus. They also have fried Twinkies right now, which are amazing and that’s coming from someone that doesn’t even like Twinkies! Great for a quick bite and the variety of both places.

It is Christmas Eve. The drive through line was long so we decided to park and go inside. We were not greeted. We stood there for more than 5min with no acknowledgement. A guy walked by twice to fill the ice and he never acknowledged us. We decided they don’t need our business if there’s no acknowledgement. There were no signs saying they weren’t doing orders from inside.

They should call this location something other than Kentucky Fried Chicken, perhaps “Whatever Chicken We Have Left Over”. I tried to order the 8 piece family meal ($26.99) and they said they had no original recipe cooked but maybe they had some Extra Crispy (they would “look around” to see if they did). This was 4:30pm on Sunday, a full five and a half hours before they closed and they told me I could wait 30 minutes to get Original Recipe if I wanted to, but clearly they wanted me to take what they had prepared and not get what I wanted. So essentially I got off the freeway to get what they advertise as being available and got to wait 15 minutes in the drive-thru (I couldn’t escape at at that point) to not get their signature menu item. Really, what if you went to McDonald’s and they said “We’re not making Big Macs anymore because it’s inconvenient for us” what would you think about this business?
