Probably would have been good if I would not have gotten sick. Ordered 2 frozen drinks- one made regular and the other made with almond milk since I’m lactose intolerant. I did not finish the drink and not too long after I got sick to my stomach. Didn’t associate it to the drink until after I felt better I finished the rest of it and again, got sick to my stomach. How reckless and careless. Lucky I wasn’t some with a severe allergy to dairy. So disappointed

Got this drink yesterday (first one) and ordered the exact same one today and this is what I get. I try mixing it around, still obviously not the same drink. I pull back around the drive through to point it out and was told I’m wrong, they won’t fix anything. Mistakes happen, that’s understandable, but also being rude and annoyed about it, kinda disappointed me.

Worst experience ever this morning. I ordered online and they sent only like 25% of my order. The 2 of the 4 drinks were half empty. They just threw in items I didn’t even order. And yet oddly, my receipt was stapled RIGHT on the bag with everything I ordered right there to refer to. It was almost like a toddler was in the kitchen and just decided that this sounded like what I wanted but didn’t understand the assignment. It’s simple breakfast food, people. Not rocket science. TERRIBLE experience.

When I started going here the service was great, sometimes a mess up with the drive thru. However lately the service is slow orders are messed up even when you go inside. Ps I always tip. Today I was told by Sammy that when I got my tea in the drive thur I said Raspberry tea not a large unsweet tea, after tasting the tea like I do everyday I told Sammy it wasn’t correct she gave me the same Raspberry tea, when I phoned later she said that is what I ordered. I should just ask for her and she will make sure I get the correct tea tomorrow. My question is how does a large unsweet ice tea sound like a raspberry tea? Ugh!!! Not sure if I will keep going to this Dunkin with the drive thur so slow and service is getting worse.

They were EXTREMELY busy and I witnessed a lot rude customers. They handled my online order fast and effectively. I’m a teacher and some of my kiddos have never had Dunkin and were excited. You guys pulled thru! The spider donuts and Jack o Lanterns were a hit! Thank you so much for taking care of me and my kiddos. You guys keep up the good work. These customers were very mean and impatient. These people were working their butt off. Please be more kind customers. It’s not always about you.

I went through the drive through today and I ordered 2 tacos and 1 muffin I get home and look at my receipt and I was charged for EXTRA items!!! Check your food check your receipt before you leave !!!!! This is the third time I’ve had an issue coming here , last time I found a hair in my muffin just avoid this place

My experience was HORRIBLE. I ordered on DoorDash & confirmed it was this Dunkin’ on Bay Are Blvd. They didn’t send half my order that I paid for. And the food I did receive is DISGUSTING. I got a popping bubble “boba” tea sweetened with sugar. They just dumped sugar into cold tea and put exactly 17 boba balls in the cup & called it a day. I got a variety munchkins order that was almost all chocolate. I got hash browns that were cold and nasty. They tasted freezer burnt and then reheated and you can smell the funk. I got a ham & cheese melt that was cold & also tasted disgusting & somehow also freezer burnt. HOW DO YOU GET A SANDWICH TO TASTE FREEZER BURNT?!? Not any part of this meal was enjoyable. This place is a JOKE.
