New to the area so we wanted to try a new place. But we were very disappointed. Our family’s not picky with food, especially with 2 growing boys. We ordered 2 el fuego burgers and never received them. The 2 double burgers with cheese were so burnt they weren’t edible. We also ordered jalapeños cheese fries, there was absolutely no zing to the cheese and the fries were soggy. I’d avoid this place, even if you aren’t picky.

Pay for a double burger and Cajun fries. Get a single burger and cold and soggy fries with no Cajun seasoning on them. I was glad I checked everything before I made it all the way home… Went back and asked for a refund, and owner “Harry” makes the management sit on the phone with him because they don’t have a system to process refunds promptly, even when using their website to order. So now i just have to take their word for it that I’ll have a refund in a few hours, because they don’t even have a way to give me a receipt for that in store. Bad experience all around, but this isn’t uncommon for Dickys BBQ Pit and all of their other ghost kitchens.

I ordered 2 burgers and Cajun fries today through Uber Eats. I have never been more confused in my life. The burgers came with literally NOTHING on them. Bun, burger patty, bun. Is this a joke? Luckily Uber Eats refunded me.The Cajun fries happen to be great though.

We have ordered from here 3 times. Each time the order is missing at least one item. This time, we received a bag with one order of fries instead of the 3 burgers and 2 orders of fries. The fries are soggy and cold.
