Came to Lenoir all the way from SW FL and was extremely HAPPY with this location! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Angela whom was very friendly and took my to go order immediately. The staff were all working and appeared relaxed (not what we see in fl lol).Food was best we have ever had at any location. Hopefully we will be moving here soon and will definitely frequent here!

Our order came out wrong. When I asked about how it was cooked the actual manager blurted into my polite question to our waitress, the manager was extremely rude. The waitress actually sympathized with us and asked again if I wanted my food remade. I was shocked to find out that it was the manager that was so extremely rude.

FYI The prices have increased about 1.50 to 2 dollars an item. It says on the menu due to staffing cost and supply chain shortages. The menu is also paired down. Other than that the food is good.

WARMING. If you ate here around 11pm on April 13th. Cross contamination was happening the entire time. Raw bacon on the hands, plates, bread, menus. Manager really needs to watch the cameras and have training before someone gets seriously sick. If you ate here Tonight I’m am so sorry but you are about to get really sick. The whole time the gloves never changed. Everything in the restaurant needs to be thrown out and washed. Also the freezer was open the entire time.

Writing this on behalf of a friend Tim Stewart. He was at the waffle house in lenoir eat as he usually does and as he was finishing up with his food it begins to rain. He had walked to the waffle house so when he notice that it started to rain he slowed to eat so that the rain would pass but finished before it stop raining Andy ask him to leave in the rain knowing that he had walked there as he eats there a lot some kinda of customer service there

7 working people in here this morning….5 tables with customers. Took 5 minutes to get WATER. 10 minutes in and still waiting for a simple breakfast….just eggs grits and toast..food finally came. Good but service no so much!!!

I usually have a good experience here, but me and my friend stopped in Sunday, we were told it would be a “few minutes “…was told the grill hadn’t been cleaned since the shift before,,,our drink order was taken,, after about 10 minutes we had to ask for our drinks,,it was a total of about 55 minutes till we got our food..I’ll think hard before I go back
