My pizza came very undercook and had dough pulls instead of cheese pulls. I called and put in another order and the second one came after an hour wait with the same exact issue. I’ve had other Papa Johns miles better than this place. Do not order from here.

Terrible, terrible, terrible! Pizza was burnt, cold, and oddly formed. my boneless “wings” were soggy on arrival. Absolutely horrid. Please fire everyone including the driver that took their sweet time after leaving a 25% tip! The worst pizza shop ever.

I order all the time never had this issue maybe the new $6 special. My one pizza barely had any toppings. The second pizza said no cheese instead no sauce and ton of cheese. The cinnamon pulls are over cooked, no icing, and it looks like someone threw it in a box or picked at it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. When I picked up my pizza it looked like one of the workers with glasses threw my pizza across the store! The manager looked at the pizza and made a joke about it. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER. Please Stay away from this location.

Two attempts at carry-out during off-peak hours. The first time, my order which was scheduled for pickup later was made immediately, causing me to have to drop everything to get to the store so I could minimize the time it spent sitting on their hot rack; as it turned out I shouldn’t have rushed, as the pizza was undercooked (still edible, but cheese not completely melted).

Took about an hour for delivery, which I get, it’s hard to find delivery drivers right now. The delivery driver apologized for the wait which was considerate. I ordered a NY style pizza however it seemed just like their regular pizza. The toppings were quite sparing.

We’ve been ordering from this location for years but the quality has gone down. Multiple orders with over hour long delivery times. Times are tough, I get that. The issue is the honesty of the situation and accountability. Delivery times are relayed as 20-30 minutes only for it to take 60 minutes or more. Then the store doesn’t answer calls. We are done ordering here. There are plenty of other options.

I am getting the worst experience from this location. I am a regular customer and always the order got delayed and there was no updates on papa track. One of the order, was not made the employee keep saying there is no order exist in my name. After 10 minutes of complaining, he finally found my order. Even if I am at the store, the employees just chatting each other. They are not ready to hand over the order unless I wait there 10 minutes. It is happening almost all the time. I am changing the store. I am ready to go miles if I get better services.
