Latin flavors have always captivated us and can be found sprinkled throughout the menu at Cedar. At Yuca we wanted to put a focus on Latin ingredients, always with our twist so that our guests get a unique dining experience that they can’t get anywhere else.
We don’t believe in Microwaves or Freezers – so everything we serve is fresh and carefully sourced by our culinary team. We’ll never compromise on quality.

I love local restaurants. Nowadays it’s rare that owners are not friendly and trying their hardest to provide excellent food, service and atmosphere. And they have so many challenges! Yuca is a good example of a commitment to us… The local community. Yuca is a good place to relax with friends, eat good food, try new drinks, have fun. Their breakfast and lunch collection is fresh, varied and interesting. Drinks are different and GOOD!! They have a vast, high quality Tequila collection to try (see photos). I had vegan Yuca Tacos and a “Redneck Margarita.”. Great combination, both delicious. I’ll be back soon. Helpful review? Like it….

Yucca is charming with live music Saturday and plenty of seating outside. My drink (pictured) was delicious and the food was good (enough). The quesadilla looked good, the burger as well (minus a very pale tomato). The Hangover was good, but not great. Fresh cut potatoes would have gone a long way here. Don’t misunderstand, I will definitely be back to try more. The service was really good and admittedly we did not order any of our server’s favorites. It’s worth the trip for sure, or in my case, a second try! It’s a nice addition to Bellevue.

My first visit to Yuca was a great experience. Friendly staff, historic building, neat decor, flavorful food, and delicious beverages. I brought my mum here and she enjoyed it as well. I’ll definitely be back to try some more of the menu!

Five of us had lunch here and enjoyed it thoroughly. Two had the Cubano sandwiches with fries, one had the jerk chicken, one had the Fat Zach sandwich and I had the greens salad with grilled shrimp. My salad was delicious but had a bit too much arugula. Everyone enjoyed their meals with the Fat Zack being too much to eat, so he got to take half home in a box.

Stopped by for Brunch, I love the space and how it’s laid out. Looks to be an old bank.. now a great spot in Bellevue. Got a table pretty quickly but this place packs up quick! Ordered steak and eggs with potatoes. Potatoes came out perfect! Crispy and my steak was cooked perfect. Kinda wish it had a few more pieces of steak but it was a filet so understandable. Service was top notch and drinks was good.
