FIVE. Five stars for this place… I can’t tell YOU what to get… but I had the masters at Pieology craft me a deep dish with marinara and all the cheeses… I’m eating it right now, as I write this review… and let me just say..with my mouth full.. YES. Yes!! This tastes SO, so good… thank you so much, pieologists!! I’ll DEFINITELY be bringing my family to this place.. thank you!!!

They deserve more business. I havent had to wait in line once in the 5 times I’ve been there. Even during lunch time. Food is high quality and very flavorful. I always have more than one meal out of it. Everyone I know that has tried them loves them! The staff that have helped us are all pleasant and efficient.

Very good personal pizza place. They have a pretty typical selection of toppings with a few extra options to add butter or olive oil as a base before even adding sauce. They also have salads and seem to be conscious of food allergies – I noticed while the manager was training a new worker that she was explaining how to avoid cross contaminating items. Definitely have vegetarian and vegan options. Standard cost for pizza/salad is $8-10. Very nice interior which is kept impressively clean.

It’s a nice little pizza place near the back of the Hollister shopping center. Their whole thing is about being able to make your own unique kind of pizza out of a lot of various kinds of toppings. It’s a bit of a sit down place and the waiter was super welcoming. It’s a neat new little place to try out.

An awesome place! While I personally really like pizza places like this, Pieology is my favorite make your own pizza place. Their pizza makers are always kind and will give you advice, and the general ambience of Pieology is clean and modern. This adds on to the absolutely AMAZING pizza, which literally makes every topping combination work. I personally am a vegetarian, and they still have awesome toppings for me. They also have great lemonade!

I’m happy to have a local branch of this successful chain. Pizza made-to-order as you wait, Subway-style. There’s rarely much of a wait here, and it has a not-yet-discovered feel. The pizza is quick and good and cheap. This particular Pieology seems to have some issues….the custom fountain drinks are often empty, and they often seem to forget to stock things like napkins and takeout boxes.

Great choices, and a very friendly and helpful staff. The crust here is awesome: thin, crisp, and cooked to perfection. You can make just about any combo that you can think of here, so if you want a truly custom pizza, this is the place to go.

Ordered from the road after a long trip home from the Bay Area. Ordered one pizza on one order and couldn’t figure out how to add another pizza so started a second order with a pizza and a make your own salad. Got to the location only to be told immediately that make your own salad was not available anymore so cancel that and got her money back waited 10 minutes and no pizza waited 20 minutes and no pizza after 25 minutes one pizza came out and they said that was it. 35 minutes later I am still waiting for the second pizza and I’m livid. At this point it better taste like the best GD pizza I’ve ever had in my life or I can assure you I will never be back.

First time at a Pieology, and the two people working behind the counter Thursday afternoon were so nice, professional, and friendly that I will DEFINITELY be taking my business to Pieology again in the future. Oh, the pizza they made for me was fantastic, too! Whole wheat crust was crispy and tasty, and the toppings were flavorful and fresh. Even the vegan cheese was good!
