There is always something missing from orders, they give out cold, old food. ( They told me I’d have to wait for fresh tenders, great, I get new stuff… NO half were cold and dark brown and hard as a rock! Why mix old with new!?) Fries are hit and miss, long wait times, esp in drive thru. Bathrooms are never cleaned, tables are mostly dirty and drink area is always a mess.

I went through the drive through yesterday morning on 8/26 at around 10:15am. Well I placed my order & was told at the window I’d have to pull up it was a 3 minute wait on the boberry biscuits so I was okay with that, UNTIL around 15-20 minutes passed, I had my infant in the car with me & was STILL waiting so sense I had her in the car with me & she was sleeping I called the store while in my car & told them I was told a 3 minute wait & it’s been nearly 20 minutes, around 15 cars already got there food & left & people inside were getting food & sitting down. For them to tell me “we forgot about bringing those out to you I’m sorry” you FORGOT??? But you didn’t forget to take my money I paid for them did you? I won’t be going back to this bojangles.

First time at this Bojangles. Service was ok, and not a long wait for our food. Fries were hot and tasty, but our biscuits were probably some of the worst my son and I have had at any Bojangles. My sausage, egg & cheese was almost tasteless, and didn’t seem fresh. Same thing for my sons Cajun, egg, & cheese. Hopefully this was a singular event, too many other choices around to waste money on subpar food!
