I ordered a sticks and sliced combo with wings and three sauces, I was charge accordingly however, they had no bags or any boxes to put my wings or my dipping sauces. The personnel working was very rude and told me take it or leave it. I ask her for an empty container to put the three sauces in so I could walk across the parking lot. She turned around and answered in an argumentative voice hitting the counter in a threatening way “NO!” and walked away.

Some days, the pizza is fresh and tastes delicious and some days, the pizza has obviously been reheated, has too much sauce and is gross. Employees can use a lot more training. I placed my order and paid at the drive-thru window before being told my order would be ready in 10 minutes and to drive back around. When I got to the drive-thru window for the 2nd time (15 minutes later) the kid at the drive-thru who took my order wanted to charge me for my order AGAIN. I thought it was a joke but he was serious. I showed him my receipt and he grabbed my order.

Service is terrible, only one person working. I order a Detroit pizza half cheese half mushroom.and onion. The whole pizza was mushrooms and onions. On top of that I ordered pretzel pizza and both crust were under cooked. Including the bread sticks, and the sauce was cold. Horrible horrible.

If i could give them 0 stars I would. The service was horrible and they never answer their phone. I ordered the pizza through little caesar’s website and it was delivered through doordash. The driver, Adriana, sent a picture of the delivery and when I reached out to let them know that I was outside and the picture wasn’t of my door, I received no response. I walked out in the RAIN looking for the door that matched the photo. The only good service I received was from the only person who would answer the phone— customer service.The little caesar’s support did inform me that even though my order was delivered through doordash, it was still a little caesar’s employee who was supposed to deliver it. This store should be closed down and I’m a fool for not checking the reviews before ordering online. They literally have the same amount of 5 stars as 1 stars!!

Nothing is ever ready at the store. Every time I go it’s always oh you got to wait 15 minutes. If I wanted to wait 15 minutes I’d go get a real pizza made at a real Pizzeria

This location is just THEE worst. I ordered a regular pizza and they didn’t add the sauce!!!!!!! The toppings don’t taste fresh and are soggy. They can’t even cut the pizza correctly ! Avoid this location at any costs. Just all bad.

As a Detroit native ( home of little cesars ) I’ve been eating it for 34 years. I can say this was absolutely the WORST pizza I’ve ever had at ANY little cesars. Deep dish pizza was raw . Not even half cooked. I will never eat here again . Mistakes are made but this is like the third time I’ve gotten a terrible product from this location. Odds are the owner knows how bad the pizza is and will never respond to this review because no matter what there is always a demand for cheap pizza. Go to any other location .
