I should’ve read the reviews, as I always do! Not today. I was tooo hungry! What a waste of time and $. I’ve never had a bad experience at Chipotle, until today! The chips were stale, veggies were obviously reheated and refrigerated a few times. I left with a weird after taste in my mouth, “similar to a freezer burn taste?” There were about 5-6 people, maybe more! Working in that place, and nobody could get it right?!

Jason deserves a raise! They were out of barbacoa (not their fault they didn’t get sent any) which is the ONLY meat I eat at chipotle but he reassured me I would love the steak, and I did. He made my burrito perfectly without any complaints even with all the pico and sour cream I got. Thanks Jason at Mill Plain Chipotle!

Choosing to eat here is definitely and more towards convenience. Fast service great tasting food fresh ingredients. Customer service is non existent they are definitely there to earn their pay check and go home.

The worst bowl I have ever had. Hardly any rice beans and not even a half scoop of meat. When I asked for more they wanted to charge me $4 that’s ridiculous. Chips were stale like they were a week old.

The guy who made my burrito obviously has no desire to show good customer service, and both servers were incredibly stingy with my family’s orders. Definitely had the smallest burrito I’ve ever gotten from them (half the size of a normal burrito. They need to use a scale for pricing because the burrito I got was not worth $11. Never understood why these workers are so dead set on giving out the lowest amount possible. The other location on Tech Center is so much better. Way better service and better portions.

They are always out of something. Rice, carnitas, fajitas. Can’t seem to keep up with customer demand at this location. And I don’t see a ton of customers whenever I go here either. The workers act frantic about always being out of items also.
