Wow so good. Everything here is the absolute best. Today we had the Steak and Bacon sandwich with fries, the sausage sandwich the fried steak sandwich with cheese. It is a taste of Argentina. So so good. Worth the drive from Boise to historic Caldwell along side the Indian Creek.

Parked in a beautiful spot right next to the river that runs across the heart of beautiful Caldwell. Gaucho’s food truck is like any other until you meet the wonderful man that runs it and taste the amazing food. I ate a fantastic steak sandwhich and I will certainly be back, walking this river is one of the things I truly enjoy in this area and ive experienced many of the local businesses, I am glad to add Gaucho’s to that list.

Had their steak (w/o) bacon sandwich. Did add the fried egg though. I recommend lunch with a friend. This way, you can savor each bite between conversations instead of simply devouring your sandwich.

I’ve seen this food truck here for the last 5 years and have never visited, it’s in a bit of an odd spot. I had the traditional steak sandwich and it was awesome! It’s literally as if you took a thin tender cut of steak, and made a sandwich with it! Decently priced, good portion sizes. I can see why it’s stayed for so long! I’m definitely coming back!

This place is so so good! We got the milanesa napolitana in chicken and beef and we were very pleased with our choices! The chimichurry is so tasty, we are going to have to order a bunch of it next time. The empinadas were great too 🙂
