I waited for 20 minutes for the Hispanic manager Oscar to come help. His employee said he is clocking out and cannot help me. It was empty. He was super rude and I will be contacting corporate. This is the second time this has happened. He said he was busy but I saw him twice and no one asked me did I need help

We went there for deserts after dinner….were impressed by the speed at which we were seated no doubt the server was the sweetest and finest lady we have been served by…the food that was served to us was just not..Worth eating…period…the presentation the taste the texture was all off…we ordered choclate pancakes that were dry…the lemon ricotta crepes were just not either lemony or had any ricotta in them…they had burnt taste….sadly we did not want to penalize the server….my husband somehow finished the crepes and we packed rest of the pancakes to get it over with….very disappointing experience. Hopefully they see this review and offer to refund us as it was waste of good hardearned money.

Today everything was perfect. Nola, the server made my visit a great experience. She is an exceptional server. First of all, she greeted me and everyone else with a smile, then took my drink order as soon as l was seated and came back with it very quick and took the rest of my order with such kindness that l was very impressed, how efficient and friendly she is.She made sure l had everything l needed, Tabasco sauce, ketchup, cream for my coffee, etc..etc. .My food was good and the service was excellent . I am very happy. Last time l went, l had a great service too, but l didn’t made a coment because l forgot the name of my server, but He is one of the three that had just graduated and the manager had posted their Graduation Pictures on the wall. Which was a nice gesture.

Pretty good with a few minor complaints. One of our menus was sticky with syrup, my double blueberry pancakes didn’t seem to have very many blueberries in them, and no one offered to refill any drinks. Not too long of a wait, the food is good, and the staff is generally friendly.

I have been to this location about 5 times in the past 3 months because it’s the closest to my house. Every single time we have gotten terrible service. The food takes forever to get served and the servers don’t really care about you. I’m pretty sure that’s why the wait for a table is always over 40 minutes. The manager seems to care, the other day I asked for a bag at the front desk and he just turned around and walked away without saying anything. I thought maybe he went to get it but after waiting for 3 minutes I assumed I was wrong so I left. I was getting in my car when I saw him trying to wave me down with the bag in his hand. Turns out he WAS getting the bag but took longer than expected.
