absolutely disrespectful took her 15 minutes just to open the window also they barely had anything i wanted on the menu when she finally opened the window i saw her nose was completely covered in snot rubbing her nose with her hands and handing my food to me after 20 minutes when i gone in the parking lot to enjoy my food i unwrapped the burger and baffled to see no beef patty no tomatoes no unions just nothing but 2 buns i returned back to complain but they laughed in my face the most disgusting laugh i ever heard, one you could never unhear and GAVE ME THE MIDDLE FINGER!! I DON’T EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO THIS FAST FOOD PLACE EVER instead i went to burger king that was across the street i tried to order a western bacon cheese burger, and a chocolate milk for my little cousin back at home said they only have “white milk”

Staff was rude and disrespectful, order was completely wrong. I ordered inside not through the drive threw and even though I had the recipet the woman that tool my order refused to make it right. This was at 0815. I asked for the manager and even though she was working the drive thew and wearing a regular staff members shirt, she claimed she was the manager, another staff member who over heard me request the manager, said she isn’t the manager and the manager hasn’t showed up yet, the assistant manager open the restaurant and then went home.

I had better service and a better experience at this Hardee’s than many fine dining establishments. From the moment I walked in the staff was courteous and they even brought the food to our table. She made frag coffee for me since it was late morning. We were greeted, helped at every turn and made feel so welcome. Then the biscuits (which can be hit or miss at your standard Hardee’s) were fresh soft and fluffy. Everything about this experience was great. After the nicest goodbye I walked back in and I tipped the staff 100% of the value of my bill. If you are in Hardee’s management and you don’t find the crew that was working on the Sunday after Thanksgiving at 11am at this location to give them praise, you are failing them and your company.
