very unacceptable. I placed an online order and when we received the food. The guacamole was old and expired. One of the order was veggies and the employee covered it with lettuce. I won’t be going to this location anymore!!! I went to the store to address the issue and they were unprofessional and unwilling to fix the issue. Even in line with other customers, they ask if I moved the guacamole around. This is very unsanitary to eat!! Im a nurse and if people eat this they will become sick. I won’t recommend anyone going to the store: Chipotle Route 17 in Paramus!!!!

I walked into this place at around 4:30 / 4:40 PM June 28th 2023 Wednesday. And 1 guy was doing the orders behind the counter, that guy made my burrito bowl so good. I order the same thing since years but he did everything correctly and smoothly. He places everything perfectly. When I got my bowl and started to dig in and mix, my cheese was melted, my chicken was the perfect amount, the portions of the rest I asked for was just enough to satisfy me! I never knew the difference in actually caring to make a burrito bowl but, trust me! It does! Give this guy an award or something!

I didn’t receive the extra rice & beans I ordered. There was only 1 other topping in my bowl so there was definitely plenty of room. It wasn’t busy at all in the restaurant and I’m not sure why ordering extra of anything is an option if the employees won’t follow the order. I also received a container w/ half of a whole avocado inside, instead of guacamole. This is my 2nd issue with a chipotle order (different location) in less than 24 hours. My issue was handled with customer service but it’s annoying I even had to contact customer service. Clearly if I didn’t have time to cook and ordered Chipotle, I don’t have time to be on hold forever with a customer service line.

Conveniently placed, this Chipotle may seem like perfect place to grab some food but think again. Between the drive through, mobile orders and the slowly moving line inside, employees are always stressed out trying to keep the food stocked, their attitude reflects it. I’ve walked out a few times not being able to wait 30+ min for a meal

This location was unorganized starting with trying to get into the parking lot. I went inside and people are just standing round. I place my order to be picked up at 6:15 pm, because it was so hard to get into the parking lot because it was blocked by the drive-through, I was 20 minutes late and my food was still not on the pickup shelf. I finally came out 25 mins after scheduled pickup. When I took my food home it was crushed and looked like this.. nothing pleasing about this experience and there was barely any steak in my bowl. NOT WORTH IT. Try another location or another franchise.

The Route 17 S. in Paramus, NJ location is terrible. We eat out a lot and this Chipotle used to be good! I know staffing issues are a problem. But food should look edible. And if the customer brings it back the problem should be fixed. I RARELY bring food back. We are usually missing something. Whatever the problem is is always fixed right away. They either remake the item or add whats missing. Never again. **the picture is suppose to be tacos

They’ve been improving lately. Usually would always go out of my way to go to the route 4 location but I gave them another try and they didn’t disappoint. This location is usually stingy AF with the portions but this was a good experience. Keep it up !
