I frequently eat at this location and never had an issue until today. On my way to work I stopped and got a cobb salad, half way through eating it I found some kind of small black dead insect. I didn’t have time to return it because I couldn’t be late for work. Please do a better job off washing vegetables and/or keeping food properly covered!

I love chicken fila but today is the day & I’m praying for forgiveness for having to do this… Ordered online with coworkers & payed extra for delivery to our place of employment & bag showed up with correct order information on sticker but not only short 1 biscuit but the other biscuit was wrong as well.. Spent almost an hr on the phone trying to correct order & get biscuits back out to me & only thing they could do is refund my $$$ so I’m hangry & writing this so hopefully Chicken fila will do the right thing

The young girl that took my order this morning had the worst attitude I wasn’t sure how to redeem something from the app she was frustrated by that when I told her to have a nice day she said nothing back at all. I wanted my hashrounds to be crispy there is no crunch at all just soggy and gross. Just go to the chick-fil-a in Covington everyone is nice and helpful and they make your food how you ask for it to be done after all your paying for it.

They don’t give you receipts so you can add your transaction if you don’t have a code available to scan. No one answers the phone except to pick it up and hand it up on you. You are transfered to customer care who then spends 45 minutes telling you about “people” getting receipts from bags out of the trash and trying to get points they didn’t purchase. I was promised the store would contact me twice but I’m not holding my breath The only way to talk to a human is to press one to place a catering order. When you explain everything to them.. they tell you they are transferring you and getting someone from the store on the line, but then they hang up on you four times because you try hold them accountable for their false promises. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON’T EVEN BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME BECAUSE CHICK-FIL-A DOESN’T CARE ABOUT KEEPING YOUR BUSINESS. ONLY PEOPLE TRYING TO HIDE SHADY PRACTICES WON’T GIVE YOU A RECEIPT.
