Good pizza and service. I had a made to order original crust pizza with extra cheese and sausage. Overall, it was tasty and satisfying. The fennel flavor came through well and adding Parmesan and red pepper flake added a touch of saltiness/spice that was somewhat lacking.

The customer service was amazing, they greeted up with smiles and were really nice. We waited for a couple mins for our pizza and they came right on time. The only thing that I didn’t like was the pizza. When I ordered the meat lovers, they put too much sausage and that the sausage tasted weird. They would also drenched the Honey BBQ chicken with honey which gave it a really honey taste. I do not recommend the meat lovers or the Honey BBQ chicken, other than that everything else was great!

Party of 9 turned away at 8pm on memorial day cause online said they were open until 11 for dine in, drove from ritzville. It’s what the kids wanted so very disappointing. Update your hours online for dine in so people don’t drive over an hour to be turned away.

Pizza Hut awful and generally terrible. I wouldn’t recommend Pizza Hut and find these people to be really behind the times. I come through here twice over the past 5-6 years (two times really apart from each other), but am really not a fan…their pizza is much worse than in two other locations and botique pizza I had in Seattle. Please do better for the next guy!

We have had good and bad experiences here. Today was by far the worst one ever. We ordered 2 orders of garlic knots, 7 drinks, and 2 large pizzas. Party of 7. You would think they would bring all of your food to you at once so everyone could eat together. They brought out one order of garlic knots. About five minutes later they brought out 1 large pizza and said the other pizza would be right out. I asked about the other order of garlic knots, and she said she would get them. She brought out garlic knots and we continued to wait for the other pizza. And we waited, and waited. Finally asking where the other pizza was, 40 minutes after we had ordered it. They never even made it. We waited for them to make it, and she brought it over to us in a box. Handed the box over to my husband and said something like, I boxed it up for you to go. We were not ready to leave. Half of us hadn’t even eaten yet. We took some of the pizza out of the box and ate it, as it was we had somewhere to be and thought this was going to be a quick easy trip. Needless to say they will not be getting my business any time soon. And this is the pizza that came 55 minutes later, and was not cooked all the way. Totally disappointed.
