TigerHawk is a Peruvian Chef, a family-owned and operated Sandwich Shop on Martha’s Vineyard. We opened our doors in May 2021. TigerHawk crafts Peruvian fusion cuisine through artisanal sandwiches, fried chicken sandwiches, bao buns, poke bowls, and salads.

What a horrible experience start to finish! Took my order, told me 20 minutes, I return ten minutes later to find the place closed and locked. No one answers the phone. I have to knock on the door and someone swings it open and shoves a bag of food at me. Do everyone a favor and close your doors for good because you clearly don’t appreciate your customers. Your business and your attitude is disgraceful! – I was happy I got to turn away a group of 5 that were considering eating here.

TigerHawk is my absolute go to spot on the Vineyard for a fried chicken sandwich. Chef Jimmy hasn’t disappointed me yet when it comes to bringing the flavor. If there is a Chef special when you go in, make sure to give that some consideration.
