I think we were actually forgotten, which was understandable because the place was so busy. However when we finally got our food, the ground beef on my beef nachos had blue pieces of plastic scattered in it. It looked like nail polish. When I told the waitress, she acted like it made HER mad that MY food was messed up lol. She had fake eyelashes touching her hairline so I’m just grateful one of them didn’t fall in it. We have got wings from here many times and they’ve always been good. But today made my last trip.

The server was very slow. She kept sitting in a booth playing on her phone. The place was packed. We had a group of 12 adults. Could have made a lot of money on beer sales but wouldn’t come to our table much at all. Lost a lot in tips too.

This was the worst experience we have had out of a restaurant.Service was absolutely horrible!!! Got there aliitle before 4:30 , today (4 th of July) and left at 5:25 . Waitress got drink order . Came straight back with drinks and wanted us to give food order right then and seemed to have an attitude that we weren’t ready. Came back like 10 minutes later and said. “ what do you want”. We gave order and before my better half could even ask for a refill she was gone . Food came out like 10

Food was good came in for some reason just a quick place to do a video meeting for work and had cheese queso and salsa but had to ask for drink to boerne field several times both times it needed refilled and ask for different times for the same stuff to box up my chips and dip to bring home to my fiance well had no problem bringing the check before any of that without checking in after as if his job was done without even finishing his job other than that clean nice update environment for the most part servers just not very friendly smiling or any of the norms in a service industry environment that one would expect especially being 20 years veteran in the field!!
