The server guy with glasses is super rude, and he is not friendly with customers. Specifically, I’m from Vietnam, and he is also Vietnamese. I don’t know what he has been through all day to have that attitude.I also don’t know “What did I do wrong to get that kind of service back???” He has a lot of problems about communication. I think first step to become the server, you need to learn how to communicate with your customer. Plus, you make me feel ashamed for being Vietnamese. Vietnamese people are very friendly. I hope you will not hold that attitude towards foreign customers. Don’t make foreigners think bad about Vietnamese people. Lastly, I understood why the food here is not so bad but only 3.8. Now, I know, never see you again. Goodbye !!!

Come to Saint Petersburg to visit my family, check in at Quan Ngon as the first time. I love this place, so cute and clean. The staff are so nice. Food are absolutely authentic, i love the corn milk. Highly recommend x. Definitely coming back !

I sincerely hope you come to this location and enjoy the amazing boba, appetizers and wonderful customer service! We originally only came in for boba and upon entering automatically wanted to know more and what they had to offer. We ended up ordering “appetizers” one was a bread with spicy and the other was sticky rice with pulled pork.., both were delicious! Our boba were amazing! I had the brown sugar milk tea and I loved it! The lady who took our order was very helpful and helped us decide on what exactly we would like and she wasn’t wrong! Overall this place is a must go! I totally recommend it. The inside was very inviting and clean. The food well worth it and the device was quick! We are glad we came across this place.

Our family traveled afar to get a taste of some good authentic food here. We Should’ve read the reviews before coming. Our Waiter forgot our waters, and the ran out of Pho. (Which I understand can happen but some of our family members were able to get pho, then two were told that they couldn’t because they were out?) weird. Also ordered a Bahn Mi, and it was just a piece of bread cut up, had sauce squirted on it, had dried pork and had scallions. No meat, cilantro, or anything to make it a sandwich. This is by far my worst experience there and for a place to be called “authentic.” Not impressed. High prices and not worth the portions. My family and I will never come back.

You generally won’t find pho here and that’s okay. There dozens of places nearby that serve pho. What you’ll find here is something different. The philosophy I was told is to present and focus on traditional Vietnamese food. If you can’t read Vietnamese, the helpful staff will explain the menu.

The restaurant is large and clean, though it is very hot inside. Trendy seats and good areas to take pictures if you go out with friends. I’ve eaten here a couple times, 2 through takeout and 2 in restaurant. For whatever reason, both times I had the takeout it was much better than what I had in store. The beef pho is okay, but sometimes it’s too watery and they don’t give much noodles (or at least not as much as other local viet restaurants do). The chicken pho is also just okay, it is very salty though.
