Placed order online for pickup. Order and transaction has been placed and accepted. I even got confirmation from my American Express that Papa Johns had a transaction. Few minutes later went for pick up and manager LEE said I need to pay. I told him i already paid online and showed my Amex account and it also showed other transactions ’Pending’.

I don’t know who my delivery driver was for my order, but the sense of entitlement to a tip was absurd. My order was $35. I provided $40 in cash and requested my cash back to tip the driver $3. He mumbled something under his breath and did not want to take my tip as if it was nothing to him. The horrible attitude reflects on this store and I will never order from this store again.

I ordered two pizzas to have them delivered to my home and this is what I received. I tried calling the restaurant and the person murmured a greeting, told me to hold and proceeded to hang up. So, I left a review. I don’t know what happened, if somebody dropped my pizza or the driver was driving too fast and had to hard break, all I know is that I just wanted it fixed or my money back, but I cannot service this to my family.

Please attention every customer of Miami Lakes!!! Don’t ever ever order pizza from this place. I asked for a manager for over two hours on and off. Super unprofessional, they forgot to put me on hold. I heard the conversation every single employee. Clowning around cursing. Singing laughing not doing their job like they’re supposed to. They send me a pizza with no cheese super disgusting. I called so many times they were laughing. Refuse to help me and refuse to put the manager on the phone. They told me that the manager said he’s busy and he doesn’t have time. All I wanted was my money back. I really hope that I will get in contact with the corporate office ASAP they need to do something about this place. What a horrible experience. I will never call these people ever again. Finally someone got on the phone and said they’re refunding the money. Will see They got a bunch of little rude children working there…
