Love their pizza the cheesy bread is to die for… However, the employee/ manager Karissa is as toxic as they come treats other employees absolutely terrible!!! I have never been in a place of business and seen someone act so unprofessional!!! You do not degrade other employees EVER I do not care the circumstances. You correct and teach WITH DIGNITY!!! Shame on the girl with green hair named Karissa! Find a job that doesn’t involve dealing with other humans or better yet deal with your childhood trauma!

Absolutely terrible service AFTER receiving terrible food and missing parts of the order. Ordered cheesy bread and not only was it overcooked there was no cheese. Ordered condiments for $5 & didn’t get them. The calzone was burnt and one of the pizzas was undercooked. Called and the manager offered to bring us the cheesy bread but would not make the calzone and stating it was unfair to his driver then proceeded to hang up on us after we requested a refund and his name.

I love their pizza! Classic crust, beautiful cheese and crispy pepperoni done just right! At first I was going to leave a bad review because of how I was told my name was called 5 times but I was in the restaurant by myself so I think I would have heard my name. But I could have been wrong. And then I saw how hard these employees were working and how rude others were to the employees as they came in to order. They were overworked and it was clear. So under the circumstances, they were awesome! They held their heads up and went to the chopping boards! They’re awesome and offered me extra cheese bread.for.my wait. I appreciate y’all at Louies pizza ! thank you again!!

We ordered 2 small (personal) pizzas, cheesebread and a salad. Total was $52 (with $8 tip), $11 in delivery charge and “fees”. I ordered at 6:50, food came at 8:10. One of the pizzas was inedible and looked like it had been dropped. (Picture attached) NEVER again. Save your money, people.

Recently staff has changed, and the store is not what it used to be. Employee used to care about people, now since the new changes and corporate style attitude , its just a transaction and have definitely lost my business. Loyalty is not valued there now
